This page explains what personal data Resolve Fitness (resolvefitness.ie) collects, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Irish data protection law.
Who is responsible
Resolve Fitness is the data controller for this website. You can contact us about privacy through our contact page.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you, and we keep them for up to 12 months unless an ongoing conversation requires longer.
- Analytics (only with your consent): we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which outbound links are clicked. It runs only if you accept statistics cookies in our cookie banner.
- Server logs: our host (Hostinger) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
- Search Console: Google provides us with aggregated search data that does not identify you.
Affiliate links
When you click an affiliate link, the retailer (for example, Home Fitness Code) may set its own cookies to attribute a sale to us. Their privacy policies apply on their websites.

Processors and transfers
We use Hostinger (hosting) and Google (Analytics and Search Console). Google may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To change your cookie choices, use the “Manage consent” link. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Children
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect data from children.
