Resolve Fitness publishes practical guides for people in Ireland who want to exercise at home, especially in smaller homes. We focus on walking pads, compact treadmills, exercise bikes and simple strength equipment.
What we do, and what we don’t
- We research products using manufacturers’ and retailers’ published specifications, prices, delivery terms and warranties. We record the date we checked them.
- We explain who a product suits, its limitations and the alternatives, including retailers that do not pay us.
- We have not carried out hands-on testing of the products on this site. If that changes, the relevant article will say exactly what was tested and how.
- We are not medical professionals. Health information is general, linked to its sources, and not a substitute for advice from your GP or another qualified professional.

Who is behind the site
Resolve Fitness is a small, independent website run from Dublin. The publisher also operates other home-fitness websites and earns affiliate commission from some retailers, including Home Fitness Code. We explain this in our affiliate disclosure, and we label affiliate links wherever they appear.
No connection with previous businesses
The resolvefitness.ie domain may previously have been used by an unrelated fitness business. This website is new and has no connection with any former business, owners, trainers, members, premises, reviews or social media accounts that used the name.
