The classes we offer at Resolve Fitness, include

CARDIO
Half hour mixed cardio session. You’ll find no treadmills here!! From the rower to the dog sled you’re guaranteed to work up a sweat and burn those calories
6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION
Join our transformation group and we will teach you about nutrition and exercise that you can carry through with you after your 6 week plan. 4 small group sessions per week, detailed meal plan and shopping list and unlimited access to all classes.
WOMEN'S CONDITIONING
Women’s only conditioning class. You will use a mix of weights, Trx and body-weight exercises to burn fat and tone up.
MENS CONDITIONING
This class is specifically designed for men who want to increase their fitness, build muscle, lose fat and increase strength
